Terms of this Discount Offer Listing Agreement

The Following Applies to the Partners For A Cause membership program benefiting charities:

By Agreeing to the Terms of this Discount Offer Listing Agreement I promise that I am an Authorized decision maker of the Business being registered.

As A Business Partner I Understand and Agree to the Following Conditions:

o   There is “No Charge” for me to provide a reward from my business on the Partners For A Cause web site.
o   I understand the charities are depending on my involvement so I will provide a reward as often as I can.
o   I can pre-determine the number of rewards printed by a Partners For A Cause member.
o   I agree to keep my staff informed about the rewards being offered by my business.
o   I understand that EVERY Partners For A Cause membership sold will benefit a local charitable organization.
o   I understand that Partners For A Cause assumes no liability in connection to rewards, deals and/or merchandise promised and/or sold by me, or otherwise.
o   I agree to provide my business’ logo, if one exists, and my reward(s) at the signing of this agreement.
o   I understand that information, if posted on the Partners For A Cause web site by a Partners team member using the information provided on a listing agreement, is my responsibility to proof the information that has been entered. If information has been entered on my own I agree to not hold Partners For A Cause responsible for any errors and/or omissions. I am to report any errors to Partners For A Cause at my earliest convenience.
o   I agree to do my best in honoring the Partners For A Cause reward I have provided.
o   I agree to advise Partners For A Cause of any ownership/manager changes at my business.
o   I understand that I can cancel this agreement at any time but will honor any rewards that were printed prior to my cancellation date.
 
This Agreement confirms our participation in the Partners For A Cause fundraising program to benefit Charitable Organizations. I understand that Partners For A Cause, LLC is an organization focused on making our communities stronger. I have read the terms and conditions of the Partners For A Cause members program and agree to them as outlined above.
