Partners For A Cause, LLC offers a free online venue to businesses so they can post rewards for the Partners For A Cause cardholders to redeem. Any Rules of Use, Disclaimers, Redemption Rules and other relevant information to the businesses offer is set forth by the business, so therefore Partners For A Cause, LLC does not control the terms or offers themselves made by the participating business. Partners For A Cause, LLC cannot guarantee the price, product, availability, terms and/or services offered by a business and will not be responsible when a merchant does not fulfill their offers. Our goal is to keep all rewards current however some Business Partners with rewards found on this site manage their own information via a portal into our management system. So Partners For A Cause, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, truth or legality of the businesses content or offers, or for any actions a cardholder might take in response to the businesses content or offers. Partners For A Cause, LLC will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept the rewards.

The reward valid dates are set by the business, including the location that the reward is valid at. Some rewards found in our program are posted for a limited time only and when expired are removed from the site. Once expired the reward is no longer valid so members are encouraged to redeem rewards when they see them posted on our site because they could be removed at any time by the participating business. The expiration date and applicable location will be printed on each reward. Rewards, once printed by a member that are not redeemed, will not be credited back to the member. Members are strongly urged to be respectful of our business partners offers by adhering to the location, restrictions and valid date printed on the reward. Members that are not respectful and that attempt to violate this rule could be removed from the program if notified by the business per our Members Oath. The barter, sale, purchase, trade or transfer of any reward for compensation, whether printed or electronic, is strictly prohibited. The Partners For A Cause application and the offers contained therein are intended for the personal use by the individual registered to use the Partners For A Cause card and its web site. The use of the Partners For A Cause application or the offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Linking to the Partners For A Cause web site is prohibited unless written permission is granted by us. Partners For A Cause, LLC disclaims all alleged liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating businesses. Partners For A Cause, LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied or otherwise imposed by law, regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of the same.

Members needing to replace stolen, lost or damaged members cards can do so by contacting Partners For A Cause, LLC by emailing us via the Contact Us page. There will be a nominal charge for the replacement of any members card. All Membership purchases are final at the time of purchase. No Refunds, at anytime or for any purpose, are permitted to help protect the integrity of the program.
