Our program was designed with our Business Partners Needs in Mind! Thanks to our Technology Partner, Foonster, we have developed a system that instills confidence and assurance in our partners.

In addition to our standard reward, we have three unique ways businesses can participate allowing them to continue working within their current business and marketing model. Each level has its own unique icon posted next to the reward to help our members easily identify the reward.

 

Exclusive Reward: If your business currently runs coupons or has an internal reward program, this category gives you a chance to participate by providing an exclusive reward to our members only. Our members will know that they are receiving a value that non-members cannot take advantage of when they see the special Alert icon next to your reward.

 

Exclusive Partner: If your business never offers coupons or discounts, this is the category for you. By providing a special reward, exclusively to our members, you are recognized as a "gem" of the program. Diamond rewards add extraordinary value to our program, bringing a unique element that is sure to be recognized by prospective members.

 

 

Member Appreciation Partner: If you business wants to make a memorable impact, this category gives you a chance to offer a free reward to our members either once or twice per year. This is a no purchase necessary offer that truly rewards our members. When they see the gift box icon, they'll know this is your way of saying "thank you".

• Members Card: Integrity of the program is important to us, that's why our members are issued a personalized Member Card that includes their name, charity supported, a 16 digit ID, and the valid date of their membership. So when redeeming the reward you simply ask to see their Member Card to ensure the name on the printed reward is the same.

• Print Control: You determine how many times a member of our program can print your reward! Once a member has reached the limit set by you the Print Reward button goes inoperable.

• Expiration Date: You determine the expiration date that appears on the reward when it is printed by our member. Our standard expiration date is 5-days after the reward is printed, but you can elect to have your reward expire as soon as 24 hours after it is printed.

• Custom Bar Code: We can include a Bar Code that your POS system will recognize. Simply provide us the Bar Code and our system takes care of the rest.

• The Members Oath: With our program every member is held to a higher standard of honesty and respect because we're in this together for the charities. If at anytime our business partners encounter a member that is not adhering to the information published on one of our rewards you simply contact our office. It's that simple! The Members Oath ...to protect both our charity and business partners.
